SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you buy something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we recollect personal information provided by you such as Name, Address and Email. When you come by our shop, automatically we receive the Internet Protocol Address of your computer (IP) in order to provide us with information that helps us to know about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing: With your permission, we can send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform which allows us to sell you our products and services.
Your data is stored through Shopify data storage, databases and the general application of Shopify. Your data is stored in a safe and secure server behind a firewall.
Payments: If you choose to pay through a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card information. It is encrypted via the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction information is stored only to complete the transaction. After it is completed, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standard established by PCI-DSS as indicated by the Safety Standards Council of PCI, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
The PCI requirements help to guarantee the safe handling of credit card information in stores and service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD PARTY SERVICES
In general, third party services used by us will only recollect, use and disclose your information when necessary to perform the services they provide us.
Nevertheless, some third party providers such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors have their own Privacy Policies with regards to the information we are obliged to provide them for the transactions related to purchases.
