Refund policy
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or change.
To be eligible to make a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Various types of items are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products such as sanitary kits or intimate products, dangerous materials or liquids or inflammable gasses.
Additional not returnable items:
- Gift cards.
To complete your return, we required a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send back your purchase to the manufacturer.
REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or disapproval of your refund.
If it is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received a refund, check first your bank account again. Next, get in touch with your bank account company, it can take some time before your refund is published officially.
Afterwards, contact your bank. Usually it takes some time to process before your refund is published.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Refunds are only applicable to items of regular price, unfortunately sale items are not refundable.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace faulty or damaged items. If you need to change it for the same item, send us an email to direccion@sombreroloco.mx and send your item at AVE. Xel-ha MZA 7 LTE 1 LOC 11, SM 28, Benito Juárez, 77509 Cancún, Q.R.
GIFTS
If your item has been marked as a gift when purchased and it was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the item is received, we will send you a gift card.
If the item has not been marked as a gift when purchased or if the donor received the order to be sent later, we will send the donor a refund and
SHIPMENT
To return your item, you must send it via AVE. Xel-ha MZA 7 LTE 1 LOC 11, SM 28, Benito Juárez, 77509 Cancún, Q.R.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipment charges to return your item. Shipment charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to get your exchanged item to arrive may vary.
If you are sending an item worth more than $1,000.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance. We do not guarantee we will receive your returned item.
