¿WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

All orders are managed and shipped from our warehouse on AVE. Xel-ha MZA 7 LTE 1 LOC 11, SM 28, Benito Juárez, Cancún, Q.R. Please, wait an additional time for your order to be processed during the holiday and sales season. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 1 to 2 working days starting with the day of order and will be shipped the next day after the process day. Bear in mind we do not ship on weekends.

¿HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once you make your order, wait from 1 to 2 working days to process your order. After that, it will take between 1 to 3 working days for the shipment in Mexico and between 3 to 5 days working days for international orders (according to the location).

¿WILL I BE CHARGED WITH TAXES AND CUSTOMS?

The prices shown in our website are not free from Mexican Pesos taxes, which means it may be required to pay taxes and customs once you receive your order. Import taxes, customs and customs duties can be charged once your order arrives at its final destination and it is determined by your local customs office.  The payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us.

We are not responsible for the delays caused by the Customs Department of your country. To obtain more information about charges, contact your local customs office.
